As fulfilment is handled by third-party suppliers, occasionally an item may become unavailable after you order; if this happens, we will notify you and provide a full refund for any affected item.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in GBP. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment is taken at the time of order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability, and will refund you in full where we do so.

6. Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Your rights to return and cancel are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy and are consistent with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
